okay so here are the inconsistencies with the filler:
1. Kid Goku > Piccolo > Mutaito , yet in this ep Mutaito > Kid Goku
2. Muten Roshi and Crane Hermit not wearing Monastery clothes for some reason.( but it's a Kid's cartoon you have to make things obvious for them, so I can let that go.)

It's filler anyway guys don't take it seriously.

You mean writers, the author, as in manga writer, didn't write any of this. This is anime only Toei filler.

If he did then Muten roshi wont be the first person to do it i think Author wanted to keep them not learning about that move so he can invent it later
